Listing periods

This will move you to the periods list view.

Creating new period

You can create periods only for the timesheets in which you are an admin.

Period statistics

You will get the period statistics view.

You can download the statistics to CSV using the Download CSV button.

Columns explained:

  • Email - user email

  • Hours - hours a user should enter during a period

  • Total hours - hours entered by a user up to now

  • Should have now - hours a user should have entered up to now (total hours divided by the number of days already passed)

  • Balance - current balance of user hours (in hours)

  • Balance percentage - current balance of user hours (as a percentage)
